Big thank you & much appreciation to Dr Winnie Teo & the team for their care & kindness in caring for our beloved dog Mochi while hospitalized. They were responsive, flexible, compassionate, professional and willing to go out of the way in ensuring that our dog was well taken care of. While Mochi had passed on due to her serious incurable ailment, we were very touched by the sincerity displayed through your hand written card of condolences, especially in empathizing in our loss. Big thank yous once again. ~Mark & Caris
I am incredibly grateful to Dr Winnie Teo from AllPets for her dedication and professionalism during one of the most critical moments for my cat Fei Fei. Despite the risks involved, she made the decisive call to proceed with the procedure and handled it with great skill and care. Her calmness, clear communication, and genuine concern gave us confidence during a very stressful time. Thanks to her expertise and commitment, my cat was given a fighting chance when it mattered most. Thank you, Dr Winnie Teo, for going above and beyond—we truly appreciate everything you’ve done.
Our 7y old toy poodle Hershey has been going to Allpets since he was a puppy. He just did a dental scaling. I was initially wary of our baby going under GA, but Dr Winnie Teo advised that with plague building up on a couple of his teeth, it'll be good to do a proper clean and check. She also assured us that going under GA should not be an issue as our dog is relatively young and in good health. On the day we dropped off our baby, the staff were patient and reassuring. Dr Winnie Teo gave a call before she started the procedure. She also gave an update afterwards and sought our agreement to extract 2 teeth that were shaky. When we went to pick him up in the late afternoon, the nurse was very methodical in explaining the meds, and what to watch out for. Throughout, we were assured that our dog was in good hands, and left with people who really care and love animals. Thank you so much to Dr Winnie Teo and the team at Allpets!

Hear Stories Of Our Vets From The Heart
A Team With Experience Across Different Species
Veterinary care is not one-size-fits-all. Different species have different anatomical, behavioural and medical needs.
For animals with more specialised needs, we recommend contacting the clinic before your visit so that we can confirm the availability of a suitable veterinarian.
How Our Veterinarians Work With You
Our veterinarians aim to make each consultation clear, practical and focused on the needs of the patient.
Some conditions can be diagnosed during the initial consultation. Others may require testing, observation or further review. Where there is uncertainty, our veterinarians will explain what is known, what still needs to be investigated and what the next steps may involve.
Continuity Of Care From Our Veterinarians
Where possible, pet owners may request to see the same veterinarian for follow-up appointments. This can be especially helpful for patients with:
• Long-term medical conditions
• Ongoing medication
• Behavioural or handling sensitivities
• Complex treatment plans
• Repeat diagnostic monitoring
• Senior-pet care needs
Choosing The Right Veterinarian
