Here's What Our Clients Say About Allpets & Aqualife
I am incredibly grateful to Dr Winnie Teo from AllPets for her dedication and professionalism during one of the most critical moments for my cat Fei Fei. Despite the risks involved, she made the decisive call to proceed with the procedure and handled it with great skill and care.
Her calmness, clear communication, and genuine concern gave us confidence during a very stressful time. Thanks to her expertise and commitment, my cat was given a fighting chance when it mattered most.
Thank you, Dr Winnie Teo, for going above and beyond—we truly appreciate everything you’ve done.
Thank you to AllPets and Aqualife for taking such wonderful care of Romeo over the past 10 years. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, he has overcome major health challenges including kidney disease, gallstones, and even a recent castration that went really smoothly at the age of 10! Special thanks to Dr Federic Chua for being extra passionate and caring during consultation, removing his cavities and squeezing anal glands on the spot 🤣 Today, Romeo remains healthy, active, and full of life!
A huge thank you to Dr Shamala and the clinic staff for the exceptional TLC you gave our dear Mira.
From the moment we handed her over, we felt completely reassured seeing how gently she was treated — carried with care and babied with warmth, affection, and attention. Dr Shamala performed Mira’s surgery, and we were at ease knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands.
The care provided was especially meaningful as Mira is a recently adopted ex-breeding dog, and Dr Shamala and the clinic staff made her feel safe and loved.
Seeing Mira when we picked her up, happy and comforted, truly warmed our hearts. Thank you for being part of Mira's journey.
This is my frequent vet for all the pets for 15 over years. Many vets left and new vet join. But the qualities and care are maintain. Tried many other clinics, Animal Clinic, Barkway, Namly, Animal Infirmary, Jireh, Mount Pleasant Gelenggang they are fine but still back to this clinic. Really glad they are how they are after all these years. Thanks to all vets and clinic assistants.
Dr Stephen is a vet who genuinely cares about our piggie, Asher. This is our second visit with Asher and Dr Stephen has gone through such lengths to ensure that Asher gets better. He has done adequate research and proper follow ups to make us feel comfortable with the diagnosis and the medication given to Asher. Not many vets have done that and will do that in Singapore. Thank you for your hardwork. We felt helpless but bringing Asher to the vet puts us at ease as we feel that he is in the right hands. Thank you for caring for the little ones as well, Dr Stephen. We truly appreciate your hard work. Additionally, thank you All Pets for having reasonable prices.
