Allpets & Aqualife is conveniently located in northeastern Singapore within accessible reach from Sengkang, Ang Mo Kio and Hougang. Whether you are booking a consultation or seeking emergency care for an illness or injury, our team is here to assist.
Book a Veterinary Appointment
Appointments are recommended so that we can allocate an appropriate veterinarian and sufficient consultation time for your pet.
When booking, please provide:
• Your name and contact number
• Your pet’s name and species
• The reason for the visit
• How long the symptoms have been present
• Any preferred veterinarian
• Your preferred appointment date and time
For exotic or less commonly treated animals, let us know the exact species when making your appointment. This helps us confirm that a suitable veterinarian is available.
Walk-In Consultations
Walk-in patients may be accepted subject to veterinarian availability, but waiting times can vary.
Scheduled appointments and urgent medical cases may be prioritised. Calling ahead allows our team to advise you on availability before you travel to the clinic.
Emergency Care
Contact us immediately if your pet is experiencing:
• Difficulty breathing
• Collapse or loss of consciousness
• Seizures
• Severe bleeding
• Suspected poisoning
• Major injury or trauma
• Inability to urinate
• Severe pain
• Persistent vomiting or diarrhoea
• Sudden weakness or paralysis
• Difficulty giving birth
• Rapid deterioration
Please call before travelling where possible. Our team can advise on availability and whether your pet may require referral to a 24-hour emergency veterinary facility.

Where available, bring:
• Previous veterinary medical records
• Vaccination records
• Current medication and supplements
• Recent laboratory or imaging results
• Photographs or videos of the symptoms
